At our company, we are committed to providing the fastest shipping possible for your gift boxes. We aim to dispatch each order by the next business day. However, please understand that as a one-woman operation, occasional life events may impact this timeline. you for your support!

We ship out USPS to US customers only.

As we grow, we may offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your understanding regarding our return policy. Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item was damaged during transit, we're happy to provide a store credit for the value of the damaged item. Please ensure you send a photo with a timestamp within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

We will not issue any refunds or store credit for melted candy. Please be aware of your climate and the gift you are purchasing. If it is going to be hot during the travel time of your package, chocolate and other candies may melt.
